Who is responsible for your data
La Cabra del Desierto, S. de R.L. de C.V. (“La Cabra”, “we”), with registered tax domicile at Avenida Pirineos 315 A, colonia Lomas de Chapultepec IV Sección, alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México, C.P. 11000, México, is responsible for the personal data you leave on this page under the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP).
What we collect
- Your email address, as you type it.
- The date and time you submitted it, and the language of the page you used.
- A keyed one-way cryptographic hash of your connection’s address and a shortened description of your browser. We keep these to detect automated abuse of the form. The address itself is not stored and cannot be recovered from the hash without our key.
- The GET EARLY ACCESS button you submitted, the version of this privacy notice, and when you joined the list. If you submit again, we keep a record of each submission.
We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we do not use cookies on this page.
What we use it for
One purpose only: to contact you about the launch of La Cabra del Desierto in Los Cabos. That includes telling you when we open, how to book, and any launch offer reserved for the people on this list. We will not use your address for anything else, and we will not send you unrelated marketing.
Leaving your email reserves your place on the launch interest list. It is not a booking, a reservation of a vehicle, or a contract.
Joining the launch list
The GET EARLY ACCESS button identifies your request to join the launch interest list. This privacy notice is available in the page footer before you submit:
GET EARLY ACCESS
We record the actual button label, this notice’s version (2026-10-24) and your submission time. No separate legal sentence appears beneath the form. You may opt out using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by writing to us as described below.
Who else sees it
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. It is stored and processed by the providers that host this page and our systems, under contract and only on our instructions: Vercel and Railway, whose infrastructure may process data in the United States. They act as infrastructure providers on our instructions, not as independent marketers.
Your rights (ARCO)
You may access the data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it (cancellation), or object to its use (opposition). You may also withdraw your consent or ask us to stop contacting you. To do any of these, write to contacto@lacabradeldesierto.com from your registered email, stating what you want. We respond within 20 working days. You may contact the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno for data protection matters.
How long we keep it
We retain your email until the launch communications end, you request deletion, or 12 months after your first registration, whichever happens first. Repeating your registration does not extend that period. Restricted backups may contain deleted records for up to 90 days, but those copies are not used for launch communications.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new version number. Material changes affecting how we use your email will be sent to the address you registered before they take effect.
